Plant Return Policy
The Trappery LLC guarantees live and healthy arrival of our plants. Any issues with your order must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your plant/s. Shall something arrive in less than ideal condition, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.  We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping services, stolen packages, or anything outside of our control. If we are at fault, we shall provide in store credit or something to make up for the mistake.  No cash returns will be issued. The Trappery LLC requires that you send images of the plant along with an explanation via email to info@thetrappery.com in order to begin the return process. Thanks.
