Shipping policy

**Licensed & Certified Plant Shipping

The Trappery is a California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA) licensed nursery and is Snail-Free Certified.**

All plants are grown, inspected, and shipped in compliance with California and federal plant health regulations. Our certification allows us to safely ship live plants to most U.S. states.

Certain destinations (such as Hawaii, U.S. territories, or states with additional quarantine restrictions) may require additional permits or may be excluded. Customers are responsible for knowing their local import regulations

**Please allow two weeks from the time your order is placed for shipping**

Normal shipping policy:

We only ship within the United States.

Orders ship Monday - Wednesday. Orders received after Tuesday may ship the following week.

**If you need an order held, we can hold it free of charge for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks there will be a 10% charge based on the order value to continue holding your plants for 30 days at the time. **

We take extreme care in packaging your plants. However, accidents happen. Shipping plants is not an exact science and the handling practices of USPS, UPS, and FedEx are beyond our control. In any instance of damage to a plant during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will gladly replace or refund the item.
