Sporeling Angler Fish

This Sporeling Anglerfish has traded bioluminescence for a curling leafy lure, as if the forest itself has hijacked his evolution. Mossy spore clusters cling to his body like fungal barnacles, blurring the line between deep-sea predator and woodland growth. 

Hand sculpted from polymer clay and hand painted with acrylics, this piece is entirely one of a kind.
